Fill out the application in full before MIDNIGHT on February 1st. Applications received after that date will be added to the waitlist in the order received.
Verify that your application was submitted by checking for a confirmation email (Check spam folders). Call the office if it did not go through. UTU 435-652-7830. SUU 435-865-8790.
Applications received on time will be entered into the SUU or UTU lottery for SUCCESS Academy.
You will receive a letter in the mail notifying you and your student of the results of the lottery.
SUCCESS Academy will contact all new students. There is a parent meeting for scheduling the student's classes at SUCCESS and their high school.
It is a random process in order to give all students the same chance of being part of this program. Siblings of currently enrolled students are automatically admitted, but are still required to fill out an application. UT SUCCESS students must take the CPT by the end of the first week in April of their 9th grade year.
The SUCCESS Academy will accept applications and letters of intent from prospective students by a published due date (February 1st of each year) for consideration for admission the following school year.
