SUCCESS Academy's Board of Trustees is comprised of a dynamic group of individuals from within the Iron and Washington Counties.

Stephen Allen
Stephen Allen
Stephen Allen is the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management at Southern Utah University. He also serves as an elected member of the Board of Directors of Iron County School District. Stephen is a strong advocate for students at both the public education and higher education levels. He brings a strong knowledge base to the position as we transition students from public to higher education.

Dr. Donna Dillingham-Evans
Dr. Donna Dillingham-Evans is the Dixie State College Vice-President of Academics and is the first female vice president at the college. She is a Tenured Rank Professor of Mathematics, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce. She is a lifetime member of Phi Delta Kappa.
Dr Eves
Dr. Robert Eves
Dr. Robert Eves is the Dean of Sciences at Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. Dr. Eves is also a Professor of Chemistry and has served on various Boards and has many professional publications to his credit.
Ron Reber
Ron Reber
Ron Reber is a former Vice-President of Sky West Airlines. He began his career with SkyWest in 1977 and worked for them until his retirement last year. Ron currently works as a private consultant to various airlines.
Marshall Topham
Marshall Topham
Marshall Topham is the Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Education in the Washington County School District. Mr. Topham is a long-time science educator who has also served as the Principal of Pineview High School.
Chuck Taylor
Chuck Taylor
Chuck Taylor is a seasoned veteran in the aerospace industry. He is currently an Account Executive for Metalcraft Technologies in Cedar City, Utah, and sells to and services MTI’s worldwide aerospace customers.
Dave Thayer
Dave Thayer
Dave Thayer is a mining engineer who is currently the Division Vice-President of Production for American Pacific Corporation, Utah Operations located in Cedar City, Utah. AMC manufactures solid rocket fuel for the space industry.
Joy Sterrantino
Joy Sterrantino
Joy Sterrantino is mom to Brooklyn Rowley, a new freshman at Success Academy. She taught English 1010 and 2010 last year at Success and teaches them at SUU, where she also earned her BA in English. She has worked with other charter schools: Arlington Classics Academy on the PTO Board and as Book Fair Coordinator, and Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts on the Academics Committee and Book Fair coordinator (does Success need a book fair, perhaps?) Last year she was a judge for the statewide Sterling Scholar Scholarship competition. She also does volunteer work through her church.
